- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with a personalized piece, we will remake or repair it. (We can’t be responsible for incorrect size, color, material, or customization details provided by you.)

- Replacement conditions: Work begins once we receive the original item(s) in complete, original packaging.
