  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with a personalized piece, we will remake or repair it. (We can’t be responsible for incorrect size, color, material, or customization details provided by you.)

  3. We’ll confirm eligibility for a refund or replacement after review.

Costs & Processing

  • Return shipping: Covered by Chapters of Joy.
  • Processing time: 3–4 weeks after we receive your return (includes reviewing, repairing, or remaking).
  • Replacement conditions: Work begins once we receive the original item(s) in complete, original packaging.
