How to Send Us Your Print

1. Document the print: Take a clear photo in natural light on a plain, light background.
2. Upload: Use the upload tool on the order page.
3. Email option: Send to info@chaptersofjoy.com with your order number and any instructions.

How to Take Fingerprints

Method A – Inkless Pad

• Press fingertip straight down (don’t roll). Use light–medium pressure.
• Let dry ~10 minutes, then photograph and upload/email.

Method B – Pencil + Tape (home method)

• Rub finger on a dark graphite patch on paper, press tape over print, lift, and place on white paper. Photograph and upload/email.

How to Take Baby Hand/Footprints

Option A – Inkless Kit (recommended)

• Press hand/foot on non-ink side → press onto card → air-dry ~10 minutes.

Option B – Baby-Safe Paint

• Apply thin layer, press gently, wash immediately.

How to Capture Pet Paw Prints

• Photo of paw (clean, well-lit, in focus) or a print on paper/sand/snow.
• Inkless kit or pet-safe paint works too. Photograph and upload/email.

How to Order Personalized Jewelry

• Browse & select your piece.
• Personalize (prints, handwriting, names/dates, reverse engraving, engraving color).
• Customize options (material; font; chain/size with 2–3 cm extensions).
• Add to cart → Checkout → Place order.
• Send your print (upload or email).
• Timeline: Typically ~21 days to craft and deliver.
