Can I order a keepsake even if my print isn’t perfect?

Yes — real prints are rarely perfect. We refine, clean, and enhance the print so your keepsake looks beautiful while still preserving the authentic details.

Can I combine multiple prints in one piece?

Yes. Many designs allow multiple prints — such as two siblings’ handprints, both parents’ fingerprints, or two paw prints.

What if I made a mistake in my order?

Email us right away. If production hasn’t started yet, we can update your engraving or personalization details.

Shipping & Production Questions

  • Most custom pieces take 5–10 business days to create.
    Every keepsake is individually engraved, polished, and quality-checked before it ships.
  • During peak seasons (Mother’s Day, Christmas, Valentine’s Day):
    Production may extend by a few extra days — we recommend ordering early. If you need your order sooner, feel free to contact us — we’ll always try our best.
  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Delivery (FedEx): 2–4 business days
    Tracking information is sent to you as soon as your package leaves our studio.
  • International Orders
    We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary slightly by destination.All orders arrive in our signature gift packaging, ready to gift or treasure.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, absolutely. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • Do production times include shipping times?
    No — production time is the time required to create your custom piece.
    Shipping time begins after your order has been shipped.
  • Do you offer rush production?
    Sometimes, depending on the piece. Contact us and we’ll check availability.
  • My package is delayed — what should I do?
    Delays can happen due to customs or local couriers. If anything looks unusual, reach out to us and we’ll help you right away.
